You simply put them over the shoe and fasten them in front of the heel.

The 8,5 cm heels are adorned with skulls and a little wider, so you walk comfortable on the shock-absorbing insole with foot-arch support. The adjustable buckle keeps them in place nicely and their sole is made of rubber.
